Over the past week or so, Bailey has randomly asked for Aubrey and Montana several times. When we tell her that Aubrey and Montana are not here, she'll ask, "Where at?"
On Sunday afternoon, we decided buy a pet fish at Petco. We ended up buying a Betta fish along with all the necessities. On the way home, we asked Bailey what she wanted to name the fish. Of course, Bailey's answer was "Aw-bee." - Translation: Aubrey
One problem, Aubrey (the fish) is a male. So we called Montana to ask if Aubrey might be offended at having a male fish named after her. After a hearty laugh, Montana informed us that in the South, Aubrey is a man's name. Montana also said that Aubrey used to have a Betta fish, so he didn't think that she would mind.
We'd like to welcome into our family,
Aubrey The (male) Fish.

funny how fish always seem to get named after people. :)
Like the on-your-butt-supporting-her-with-the-foot portrait. At least I assume that's not her own foot. Unless, of course, she has one big leg with lots of hair, which I had just failed to notice.
